A number of Canadian taxpayers in the Stocklogics Joint Venture Partnership and the Stockmarketlive Arrangement were assessed gross negligence penalties by the audit division of the Canada Revenue Agency. These programs generally involved the claiming of certain unsupportable expenses by taxpayers in the 2006 and 2007 taxation years.
