Kris joined Milot Law in 2017 after gaining over 7 years of experience at a another tax law firm. He also has regulatory experience working at the provincial government.
Over the years, Kris has assisted numerous clients in tax dispute resolution matters with the Canada Revenue Agency (“CRA”). He understands that the CRA’s policies and actions are often difficult to understand and puts focus on demystifying the taxation system for his clients.
Kris has worked on files at various levels of court, including the Tax Court of Canada, Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, Superior Court of Justice, Divisional Court and Ontario Court of Appeal. He has also worked on criminal tax cases at both Provincial and Federal levels.
Kris believes that keeping clients informed and timely customer service are of paramount importance in his practice of law.
